1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 18club online gaming platform, including the website at 18club.onl and any associated mobile applications (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gaming is strictly prohibited for minors. 18club enforces a 21+ age policy across all account types and game categories.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during your use of the Platform.
• Identity: You must register using your own real name, contact details, and identification. Accounts registered under false or borrowed identities are not permitted.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Not previously excluded: You must not have previously been excluded, permanently banned, or suspended from the 18club Platform.

18club reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm your eligibility. This typically includes a Philippine government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 18club Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

When you register an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any other person
• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it
• Notifying 18club promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

18club uses SSL encryption and supports OTP verification for login sessions to protect your account. However, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility. Using a strong, unique password and enabling available security features is strongly advised.

Account details — including your registered name and Philippine bank account details used for withdrawals — must remain consistent throughout your account's lifetime. Changes to registered bank account information require additional verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 18club Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The Platform does not support deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency, nor does it support credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods.

Deposits are processed via Philippine bank transfer channels. Your account balance is updated after the transfer is confirmed. 18club is not responsible for delays caused by the banking infrastructure outside of the Platform's control.

Withdrawals are paid directly to a verified Philippine bank account registered under the same name as your 18club account. The first withdrawal requires a one-time Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Subsequent withdrawals that meet the same conditions do not require repeated KYC submission.

18club does not charge players for standard withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts, but your bank may apply its own transfer fees. Players are responsible for any fees applied by their own financial institution.

Deposits made to 18club are intended for gaming purposes only and must come from a bank account or e-wallet held in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds transferred from an account not belonging to the registered player — are not permitted and may result in account action.

5 Game Rules and Player Conduct

Each game category on the 18club Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, and table games — operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

Players must use the Platform only for its intended purpose. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, errors, or delays in the Platform for personal gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Placing bets with the intent to circumvent any bonus, promotion, or offer terms

• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any unlawful financial activity

Sports bet settlements are final once official results are confirmed. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, bets are handled according to the specific rules for that sport and bet type, as outlined in the sportsbook rules. For live in-play betting, accepted bets stand regardless of subsequent disconnections on the player's end.

18club reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where the situation requires immediate action.

6 Responsible Gaming

18club is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming should be treated as entertainment — it is not a source of income, and winning outcomes are never guaranteed.

All players are personally responsible for managing their own gaming activity, including the time and money they spend on the Platform. 18club provides tools and resources to support responsible gaming, including self-exclusion options and access to support information. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts or circumvent exclusion measures. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform under any circumstances.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

18club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder violates any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Prohibited conduct — including fraud, collusion, or use of automation — is identified
• Identity or age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed
• Multiple accounts are found to be linked to a single individual
• The account shows signs of money laundering or other illegal financial activity

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, accessible funds in the account balance may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach, held funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, balances associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited in full or in part at 18club's discretion.

Players may also voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the 18club support team. Any remaining verified balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered Philippine bank account.

8 Limitation of Liability

18club provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is accessible and functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability at times.

18club is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or gaming opportunities resulting from technical interruptions beyond our control
• Losses arising from the player's own decisions within legally operating games
• Fees, charges, or delays applied by a player's bank or financial institution
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain secure credentials

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or anything that cannot be lawfully excluded. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that players may have under Philippine law.

9 Changes to These Terms

18club may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that may affect how you use the Platform, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders through in-platform notification or via the email address registered to their account.

Your continued use of the 18club Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described above.

The current version of these Terms — as published on this page — is the version that applies to your use of the Platform at any given time. Earlier versions are superseded and no longer in effect.
